Slowly but surely I'm updating things, although you won't see the difference just yet!
The new year is upon us and we're already gearing up for indoor nets. We have sessions booked for the following dates- 21/2, 28/2, 7/3, 14/3, 21/3, 28/3 + 4/4 (all Tuesdays) 9pm - 10pm @ Lord's Meadow.
£4 each (reduced rate of £3 for under 18, unemployed and pensioners).
Try to make it along to these sessions if you can, the sooner you do the less painful the start of the season will be!!!
Planning for the Longest Day match continues, and alot of hard work behind the scenes is being put in by the Chairman and the Captain, who both deserve alot of praise for all they have and continue to do.
Charles also has been working with the local council representatives, and thanks to all his hard work in this area the club is looking like it stands a good chance of receiving grants to aid us in the ground redevelopments that we are beginning to undertake.
Apologies again for lack of input recently. I do intend to get the indoor results up to date (although it doesn't make very good reading I'm afraid!) If there is anything else missing or of need of updating please let me know. PC
